INCHAM Joined High-Level Consultation on Pharmaceutical Regulations

INCHAM Hanoi reaffirmed our commitment to representing the interests of foreign businesses and contributing to a more enabling business environment by participating in a consultative meeting organized by the Drug Administration of Vietnam (DAV) under the Ministry of Health.

Chaired by the Ministry's leadership, the meeting convened representatives from key regulatory authorities, specialized research institutes, and major international business associations, including INCHAM, EuroCham, and AmCham, to discuss the implementation and future roadmap of pharmaceutical registration guidelines and bioequivalence regulations in Vietnam.

As India remains a global powerhouse in the pharmaceutical industry and an important partner in Vietnam's healthcare supply chain, INCHAM's participation reflects our ongoing commitment to constructive policy dialogue and industry advocacy.

Looking ahead, INCHAM will continue working closely with the Ministry of Health and fellow business associations to support a transparent and efficient pharmaceutical registration framework, fostering sustainable industry development and ensuring reliable access to high-quality healthcare products in Vietnam.
